Boundary delineation preprocessing steps

Notes on methods, spatial extent, GIS processing, etc. Compiled by Carrie Kappel

Steps for Colin

  1. Make sure all files are in same projection. If not, resolve projection issues, using coordinate system and projection used by Northern/Central California Biogeographic Analysis.

  2. Clip files to same spatial extent.

  1. Rasterize the following vector format files using a grid cell size of 9 km.
